Dynamics (musical)
The dynamics of music demonstrate the volume of the composition. The element of dynamics contains all of music’s notations for volume including, but not limited to mezzo forte, piano, decrescendo, etc.
A dynamic piece of music might have a wide range of volume, whereas a piece of music without a lot of dynamics will maintain a relatively consistent volume, and therefore a consistent energy level.
