Eastman Kodak

Eastman Kodak manufactures photographic equipment and supplies. The company’s current market focus is in the area of digital printing and photography.

The Eastman Kodak Company was established in 1892 by George Eastman. An number of years earlier, Eastman had trademarked the name Kodak as he continued to develop products. The Eastman Kodak Company is best known for introducing America to a “roll” of film and smaller, more user friendly cameras.

Today, Eastman Kodak specializes in the manufacture and promotion of the following areas: digital picture frames, instant cameras, photo printing, digital cameras, film cameras, document imaging, ink jet printers and cartridges, and film and TV production.
