iMovie
iMovie is software for video editing. Created by Apple in 1999, iMovie is a standard feature on new Mac computers, and can be added to iPhones and iPads by downloading the iMovie app. iMovie edits imported video and allows the consumer to create their own “movie” by adding transitions and music, or correct color issues and utilize enhancement features.Since its conception, iMovie has been updated and released in a number of versions- iMovie HD 5, iMovie HD 6, iMovie ‘08 (this version was a complete overhaul of the software), iMovie ‘09, iMovie ‘11, and iMovie for iOS (this version is specifically for the iPhone 4).
